Self-sovereignty and staying out of the doctor’s office; The older we get the more MSM helps

I just read that you take 10 g MSM daily. Do you still wear knee braces when you go out as well, or can you do without now? My knees are shot from years or running and while I exercise every day and am in good shape at 61, the pain and weakness in the knees and hips is always there. I don’t take any supplements and don’t wear any braces, but I probably should. So, has the MSM helped where other remedies didn’t?

Thanks

Kevin

MSM is the only supplement that definitely alleviated my systemic pain

Most people who have systemic pain and inflammation most likely are not getting enough of the right type of sulfur in their diets.

MSM is an organic sulfur compound and sulfur is required in over 150 different compounds in our body, and is present in every cell of the body. In addition, sulfur improves our body’s capability to produce its own antioxidants, while greatly enhancing the body’s own abilities to detoxify. MSM also helps to maintain a youthful appearance, and this is why it’s present in so many skin care products. With the increasing interest in anti-aging products, MSM has been surprisingly overlooked. It’s easy to see why, since you can purchase a year’s supply for less than $40.

  • MSM is a necessary nutrient for our bone and joint health, which helps conditions such as arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis.
  • MSM increases our body’s capability to break up unhealthy calcium (Ca) deposits in our body, which is one of the main reasons for degenerative diseases.
  • MSM greatly improves joint and skin flexibility and helps weight trainers to recover from workouts by accelerating muscle recovery. In addition, MSM reduces pain, swelling, stiffness and systemic inflammation.
  • MSM improves conditions like cramps and muscular pain, especially in athletes. Athletes and those who regularly exercise often take up to 15-30 grams of MSM a day. I take about 10 grams, because of my exercise routine and susceptibility for sciatica pain.
  • MSM’s sulfur is necessary for collagen and keratin production – both are vital for healthy skin, hair, and nails. MSM and Vitamin C together provide a synergistic effect. This why MSM is often referred to as the “beauty mineral.”
  • MSM can enhance the thickness and strength of hair and nails in a very short time.
  • Also, research shows that MSM is very effective in the treatment of some skin conditions such as:psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, dermatitis, acne, and dandruff.
  • MSM Detoxifies the Body. MSM is highly effective in increasing the capacity of cells to flush out excess fluids and toxins by increasing the permeability and flexibility of cell membranes. This enhances the cell’s capabilities to absorb essential nutrients that might be less absorbable otherwise.

Systemic pain and inflammation are often just caused by an overtaxed and toxic body, MSM alleviates the symptoms

Neeson spoke out about his own pain with leg cramps a few years before, when appearing on Radio 5 Live. At the time the star revealed: “I was getting shooting pains in my leg, cramps in the middle of the night.

“The pain made me cry it was agonising.”

“A friend of mine set me up with this massage therapist who does all the dancers on Broadway and he worked on me.”

“He got rid of lactic acid crystals in my leg and afterwards,” the star added, revealing more about his condition.

When lactic acid accumulates in the muscle, it forms into crystal shapes. The longer the muscle remains tight, the bigger these crystals become.

This increased denseness in the muscle restricts the blood flow, meaning that muscle is not able to get its waste products flushed out as well in comparison to when the muscle is relaxed.

Lactic acid is a major waste product of muscles, hence why it builds up when muscles are tight for long periods of time.

Liam Neeson health: Star’s ‘agonising’ pain spurred by caffeine intake – dangers – UK Express June 6th

I bet that nobody close to Mr. Neeson told him that he could have avoided his anguish with a few daily scoops of MSM.

Indeed, MSM helps the body get rid of lactic acid and other toxins that cause pain and soreness. This will naturally help you have more energy and motivation to get out of bed. My sciatica pain has virtually vanished and I have been taking MSM for several months now. My knee pain and stiffness has been removed, though I still will wear a lighter knee brace for a prophylaxis when exercising and walking. MSM has been a total game changer for me in reducing my systemic and chronic pain and stiffness. Before stumbling upon MSM, my body pain was gradually getting worse, and was making life increasingly more difficult.

29Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

You missed the hope that is in us, my friend. No one else in holy scriptures was given this message of the hope of Jesus Christ in us our hope of glory, except the great apostle Paul. If you don’t understand who we get our instructions from you get confusion, like Otto & and just about every church out there.
    Yours in Christ

    1. Take it to the heathen. The end days church is too busy trying to prove their righteousness in the cesspool.

We get it already. You are one of dozens trying to rebuke us from the armchair. Understand the entire Bible. That’s why this world is a Talmudic toilet, especially the church.

I have spent quite a long time studying the other religions of the world. It’s very important that we do this given the objectives of the one world government. Each and every year that goes by I’m having a more difficult time discerning between Buddhism and many of the Eastern philosophies with the last days church. The last days Church quite often uses the Pauline Epistles as justification and the congregations in the last days Church don’t even know it.

  2. Anyone else see all of the contradictions and confusions from the New Testament all came from the “Apostle” Paul?

Jesus says – Call no one the Father except your Father in Heaven.
Paul says – We have many fathers, and I am your Father.

Jesus says — The law is still in affect. You’re to obey the commandments. Not Grace or faith alone. But works as well. Matthew 25:40 is how Jesus says we will be judged.
Paul says — The law is dead. Your faith alone in Jesus will save you. You just need to believe that Jesus is Lord, and that he was raised on the 3rd day.

Jesus says — Satan rules this world.
Paul says – You’re to obey the ruling Government authorities (Romans 13)

Jesus says — The law is still in affect. Therefore, two or three witnesses are needed.
Paul says — Paul said Jesus picked him to be an apostle, but there were zero witnesses to attest to this.

Jesus says — Revelation 2: To the Church in Ephesus”I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false.”

Guess which apostle Ephesus kicked out along with his disciples?

    Acts 19:
8 And he (Paul) entered the synagogue (in Ephesus) and for three months spoke boldly, reasoning and persuading them about the kingdom of God. 9 But when some became stubborn and continued in unbelief, speaking evil of the Way before the congregation, he withdrew from them and took the disciples with him.

I can go on and on about the contradictions between Paul and Jesus. Jesus warned of false teachers that come like wolves. Paul called himself a Benjamite (wolf) who is a notorious liar/sinner.

This is also why I think the church has become so divided. Many denominations use Paul’s doctrine, but it’s a clear contradiction of Jesus. Narrow is the gate to Heaven. If it was simple as believing then it would be wide. One last note — in the garden of Eden Adam and Eve had a test with the tree of knowledge. Throughout scripture we have examples of God testing people to see what their hearts are truly made of (book of Job for example). Perhaps God allowing Paul’s doctrine in the Holy Bible is also a test. Because right before we are introduced to Paul we’re given Jesus’ testimony through the 4 Gospels. Jesus even warns you of false teachers. But people still elect the “too good to be true” doctrine of Paul. Do as thou wants (law is dead – we’re sinners and it’s not our fault but the flesh) — but as long you believe you’re saved. Sounds like the adversary justifying sin, doesn’t it?

    1. One thing is certain; the last days preachers take the Pauline epistles way out of context to support everything. One worlders and race card players use Paul. Judaizers and supporters of the synagogue of Satan use Paul all time.

Otto, you will be criticized by every other Christian out there, but I admire your independent mind. Keep researching and praying.

    2. Would you recommend completely discounting Pauls books, just reading them with prejudice in mind, or learning from them as a manipulation of the true word. What are your thoughts on Hebrews was he also the author?

      1. Out of all the Epistles, my favorite is the book of Hebrews snd I refer to that one more than any other one. I assume Paul wrote it as there is a reference to such at the end. At my father’s eulogy I read Hebrews 11. He loved the Bible and he loved Jesus Christ, and for that I am forever thankful.

One has to be led by the holy Ghost with discernment when reading anything, especially the Pauline Epistles. I come away with a drastically different conclusion than the vast vast majority of other readers. In this regard I often refer to James about salvation. For how can one claim to be saved and not do works? How can one be saved once and always then be saved? Jesus refers to salvation as a struggle and that we need persevere until our last dying breaths. Can this Joy of the truth not manifest in any way in our works and behaviors? Of course, works avail nothing without the Holy Ghost, but how genuine is turning over a life to Christ and not having it show? Unless you are the thief on the cross and are about to give up the ghost, any true saved man will show it.

A lot of people use this logic to continue sinning or sitting in front of their computer screens not doing anything or doing whatever the government tells them. Today’s preachers tell their congregations that there’s not much you can do to change things that we’re all the same but God loves everybody and that the only Israelites that are left is spiritual house and the Jews. According to the preachers, Paul said all the Old testament prophecies were nailed to a tree, but nowhere do I ever see Jesus saying that.

Regardless, this is not what Paul really said. He was making a comparison between himself, as a jew, and the rest of the people. His epistles would be completely different and would leave out the Jewish question entirely if he were a supposed gentile instead. He framed his Epistles as someone who was a Jew. But the judaizers and the synagogue of Satan have changed that starting 170 years ago.

The Old testament prophecies are still in effect, there is a physical Israel somewhere today, and it is about to be fulfilled fully. The New testament is strictly speaking about the spiritual aspect of salvation. There is a reason for this considering old Testament prophecy. This remnant in which prophecy needs to be fulfilled according to the Old testament prophets, must be in the dark when it happens. I say it’s been accomplished. Today’s preacher, is not preparing the remnant for survival. Today’s preacher has their congregations walking into the buzzsaw. We better hope it’s the end times, because the preachers of today use the Pauline Epistles to have their congregations laid down like a dog worship the Jews in Israel as well as the synagogue of Satan and the nicolaitans. Our adversary has twisted the Pauline Epistles and the New testament for 170 years plus to achieve their goals.

Our adversary has twisted the New testament to mean that we sit around while millions of illegal aliens overwhelm the nation and jack up the prices of everything and destroy the wage base. Our adversary has twisted the Pauline Epistles and Jesus’s Gospels to shame us into submission, love everybody, accept any behavior anyone else wants, and to lie down like dogs and take it.

Here is the ironic twist about the Pauline Epistles. On the surface they are the easiest books to read in the Bible, but are really the most difficult as one needs a complete understanding of the Old testament frame of referenceto know what he’s really talking about. I listen to today’s preachers and pastors, 95% of them, and they do not.

        1. Thank you that helps clarify how I should view Paul’s Letters and how they are used. Cheers.

    3. This is an excellent observation Otto. I read the Bible repeatedly and I always stumble across Paul’s epistles such as Romans, Corinthians, etc. The way I see it is that Jesus Christ words reign supreme and even a monkey could understand what Jesus is saying in Luke, John, Mark, etc.
Paul’s sayings are just one person’s interpretation and synthesis of the word of Jesus Christ.

      1. The author for Hebrews is officially unknown. So it may had been someone else that wrote it. But most of the verses from Paul that are contradictory to Jesus are in Corinthians, Timothy, and Romans. Here’s another one:

Jesus told his disciples to go out and preach the Gospels, but to do it freely.

Meanwhile, Paul says something else entirely:

        1 Corinthians 9:14
In the same way, the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel.

The status of women are also very different between Paul and Jesus. Paul says women are to be quiet in churches. But Jesus said nothing like that. Jesus even had women followers. For example, Mary Magdalene. She was actually the first one to see Jesus after his crucification.

Paul’s revelation of Jesus came in secret. He has three different conflicting stories of how it happened.

Someone asked if they should avoid the books of Paul — I would read the New Testament again without any of the confirmed books by Paul. Then read Paul’s Books separately. Then pray for discernment.

        1. The reason I think Paul wrote Hebrews is that it was written expressly for those who knew a lot about the law already. He knew.

Also, at the very end of the book in chapter 13:22-24, it seems self evident that only Paul could have written that.

          1. Gotcha – I have to go back and re-read it. Haven’t read Hebrews in a while.

But regarding Paul’s inclusion in the Bible – I just want to add that we may never 100% understand all the ways our Heavenly Father chooses to have his will done. God is in full control. We are just little grasshoppers trying to have a tiny little grasp of things. Jesus alluded to this as well – if you don’t understand when I talk about Earthly things; then how are you going to understand if I start talking about Heavenly things?

But whatever reason Paul was included – it’s plainly obvious that Paul’s salvation is the polar opposite vs the salvation Jesus preached about. So at the end of the day people are going to have choose between Paul – whom tickles your ears; or to follow in the righteous path that will God willing lead you to the narrow gate with Jesus.

When Jesus was asked about how hard it is to get to Heaven; Jesus said with man it’s “impossible.”But with God all things are “possible.” This is where you need to place your faith in Jesus. If you love Jesus you will keep his commandments, and have works along with faith.

Now if you choose the salvation path of Paul – which in essence is salvation with a few sentences; you’re abandoning Jesus in favor of something else.

Jesus talked about the wide door to hell. Those weren’t atheists calling out to Jesus – they knew the Lord. Why is the door wide for people that apparently knew Jesus? Take the contra. Put your faith in Jesus. Not Paul.

            1. Again, that’s just you putting your false interpretation of Paul to make it oppose that of Jesus! Peter the Apostle approved of Paul and said his epistles contain difficult things that unlearned and unsteady twist to their destruction!

              1. Peter lol.
Actually I’ve never fully considered this before about Paul’s lack of witnesses but now I realize it’s been tugging at the back of my mind for some time. As my former occult teacher used to say approvingly, Paul was the kabbalist! At the same time of course he said we don’t know anything about Jesus, the Bible is full of lies because you know, Constantine. Oh and, “Jesus failed”.

            2. It’s in the Bible and I accept it. I only getting exasperated at those who are unable to quote anyone else except Paul. Very one-dimensional simple mind.

Now I get that a lot of people aren’t that intelligent. Christianity is accommodating in this regard. A person with a 70 IQ can read the King James Red letter Bible and make a sound enough free will decision to choose Jesus. But I continually come across a lot of novices who stick strictly to the new testament, with strict emphasis on Paul and try to sound very authoritative. When you get to my stage in life with the understanding I possess, it’s frustrating. This is why Paul told Timothy to only allow long standing sufferers in the faith who have sound marriages and families to be pastors.

If I were in my 30s, I wouldn’t be here dispensing what I know. I would most likely be as emotional and subjective as the rest.

There are a lot of zealous Christians who are long on opinion and short on knowledge of how the world works.

Otto, I’m not telling you you’re right or wrong, but keep going out and thinking with an independent mind. Maybe the Ghost will change your mind or maybe not. But do not be bullied by others who are probably lacking.

            3. Actually Jesus said, all this and more you shall do. Anyway, Chris is right. The ramifications of Paul illegitimatcy are untenable, only I will be reading with a more ciritical eye.

      2. Agreed – if there is any dispute always go with what Jesus says. Jesus’ word triumphs over anyone else’s. The ones that say works aren’t required always quote Paul. So it’s very clear there is a pretty good distinction between Jesus and Paul. They’ll even quote this verse to justify you’re saved through faith alone:

“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God[a] may be complete, equipped for every good work.”

But even that verse is written by Paul — 2 Timothy 3:16-17.

        1. I very much disagree with this. Paul didn’t oppose Jesus. You’re just reading your own fallible interpretation into Paul, making him look like a false apostle!

          1. I agree with Paul here. I’m not making Paul into anything he is or isn’t. I take contention with the reader. Especially the readers from the past 30 to 50 years. There’s been much more reliance on Paul as the people have become dumbed down.

        2. 2 Ptr. 3:15-16 And let the longsuffering of our Lord be considered salvation, as also our most beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, just as he also spoke in all of his epistles about these things. In these, there are certain things which are difficult to understand, which the unlearned and the unsteady distort, as they also do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

          1. Before we make this into a shouting match understand one thing about this website. I use our knowledge of economics, geopolitics, and the understanding of the new world order to make predictions, and the Bible is loaded with prophecy. I can tell that virtually all of the people in the church, especially the dummy ass prophets have no idea what they’re up against and that’s because they strictly stick with Daniel and the New testament.

I don’t get caught up with the silliness I hear regarding salvation. I leave that up to you. This is the reason why I have my website. If all I cared about was my salvation and myself like the typical Paul-quoting Laodicean Christian, I wouldn’t waste my time here. That’s why I have a short fuse when it comes to quoting all this stuff. Prophecy is one thing and the people that come to this website who quote scripture seem to know very little of it. That’s because they’re too busy quoting Paul and the New testament I’m not here discussing your salvation. You can go to your Laodicean pastor for that. That’s because it seems most people have little understanding of the Old testament and the significance it plays in these last final days.

For a decade I told you a force majeure would be the only thing that would take out the United States. That’s because I knew what the United States represented in Old testament prophecy. Now everyone’s parroting what I’ve been telling you since 2012. Hogwash with dollar collapses and such silliness. If you understood Old testament prophecy the way I do this stuff becomes laid out like a road map on The breakfast table.

As for salvation all I tell you is to get your heart right with Jesus and let the holy Ghost guide you in your path.

This is not a pissing contest on he said, she said. If you don’t like my prophetic utterances, you can take it elsewhere. In the meantime, I’ll continue making money and advising the reader and listener to do the same until the bombs start dropping. We are in the process of seeing a double fulfillment regarding the take out of the northern Israelites. By the time the Assyrians took them out, they were already weak enough. Thanks to today’s church, the dumb stupid Americans are ready for humiliating military defeat. According to scripture, that’s the only way Israelite remnants lose.

  3. There seems to be a lot of unexpected death lately…. Hmmm. I hope he was a Jesus man before he died unexpectedly.

    1. Probably the death was an inside job. He knew too much about what is going on and would spill the beans. Could be he is vaxxed as well.

  4. Thanks Chris. I’m taking it and it works great. When I miss a day I definitely feel worse off. Highly recommend MSM with vitamin C.

    1. I take glucosamine and chondroitin with it, but not always. I have been reading it’s the sulfur content in both of those that matter, so if you do take them, take the glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate versions.

I take small amounts of both. Maybe 2-3 grams a day.
